Community Open Mat
An open mat is unstructured training time — no formal class, just rounds and practice with whoever shows up.
Community Open Mat is about bringing the martial arts community together. If you already train at a gym, you're part of the community, and you're welcome to jump in.
Not currently training anywhere? No problem — becoming part of the community is easy. Start by getting a membership here at KLIQ MMA or another gym and jump in!

The goal of these sessions is to bring people together and learn from each other in safe, friendly, and collaborative atmosphere.
