Retired fighter, father, and now gym owner and coach, I've been in this racket my entire life. As a kid I dreamed of being a pro wrestler, then an MMA fighter. I think I was just dodging a regular day job, and now that I'm running a gym and have two kids, that old office job doesn't seem so bad. Kidding, of course.

I've fought MMA on the amateur and professional circuit, competed in grappling, and I've even got a brown belt in karate. But coaching really is where it's at for me. If anyone wants to buy the place and hire me exclusively as a coach, my number is in the footer.

Pat Arseneau

Manager, coach and kids program head coach

Pat's been there and done that. He started out as a kickboxer under Ottawa legend Jean-Yves Thériault, and he's done it all since: kickboxing, grappling and MMA.

Before coaching full time, Pat worked with kids in the education system. After a lifetime of working with kids, raising four of his own, fighting MMA, and now running the kids programs and camps, it's clear he thrives in the chaos of it all.

Like Johnny Cash, she's been everywhere: Christi has trained in Mississippi, Edmonton, Ottawa and Gatineau. She coaches Wednesday night grappling and runs our Pet of the Month.
